The house has 4 floors and an unfinished basement. From bottom to top, they are:

Basement
The basement has low ceilings and is unfinished. Currently it is used for utilities and it will, of course, include the wine cellar.

Street Level
This is what would have originally been the servant's quarters, and it contains the kitchen and dining room. The street level door under the stairs enters on this level

Parlor level
(where the main doors are). Originally the grand entrance in Victorian days, this floor features a lot of original features and the living areas.

Second Floor
This floor has 3 bedrooms and the bathroom, but is in much need of renovation.

Third Floor
The top floor is currently setup as an apartment, and is where we will live while work is taking place on the other floors. Eventually it wil be the guest suite and our office. There is access to the roof with an amazing view of the Boston skyline, and we hope to add a roof deck.
